Pilot Systems 2, 3, or 4 Vessel

This popular option is for clients looking to have all of the features of our larger brewhouses, but in a much smaller size. This system for example could allow some of our larger clients to run test batches on a smaller scale, while matching the build and layout of their larger counterpart to allow for accurate comparison.

PARTIAL LIST OF TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• All our pilot systems come with complete tig welded tanks and piping
• Constructed of 304 or 316 stainless steel
• All piping is TRC fitted, including every elbow, tee and curve in the system; allows for a 100% sanitary system
• All pumps in the brewhouse include 100% stainless steel pump AND motor
• MLT open top with optional closed top
• Rake System – both non-lifting and hydraulic lifting optional
• HLT tank included in all pilot systems
